Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from StyFashion. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange subject to the conditions below.

2. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags must be attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@styfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will process a refund for you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
